Ingredients

  • sliced potatoes
  • ground meat
  • sliced onions
  • mixed vegetables
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 can water

Instructions

  1. Layer sliced potatoes in bottom of baking dish.
  2. Layer ground meat.
  3. Layer sliced onions.
  4. Layer mixed vegetables.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add onion soup mix.
  7. Pour tomato sauce and water over meat and vegetables.
  8. Bake in 350° oven 1 hour.
