Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, strained and patted dry
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Add the red peppers and ketchup to a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Add the mustard, horseradish, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and hot sauce and blend until well combined.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, transfer to a small bowl and serve.
