A refreshing guava-flavored gelatin dessert with strawberry jello and gelatine, perfect for tropical-themed gatherings or as a cool treat on warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • 3 packages Knox gelatine
  • 1 can frozen guava juice

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Add sugar to boiling water and stir until dissolved; then add the strawberry jello.
  3. In another bowl, melt the Knox gelatine in 3/4 cup cold water.
  4. Pour the jello mixture into the gelatine and add the can of frozen guava juice.
  5. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
