Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons feta cheese or 3 slices of brick feta
  • 4 -5 slices gyro meat, 4-5 thin slices
  • 3 -4 slices tomatoes, 3-4 thin slices
  • 1/4 cucumber, 1/4 of medium sized one shredded, and patted dry

Instructions

  1. beat eggs obviously for omelet, pour in pan, and cook evenly for omelet.
  2. add pre-cooked Gyro meat from loaf, Tomatoes, and shredded cucumber.
  3. before you fold omelet, add your feta evenly.
  4. allow omelet to finish, remove from heat and --
  5. enjoy.
