Ham Steak With Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 2 canned pineapple slices
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix pineapple juice with mustard and honey. Place ham steak on rack in broiling pan and spread with 1/2 of mustard mixture.
  2. Broil 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Turn steak, top with pineapple slices.
  4. Spoon remaining mixture over pineapple.
  5. Broil 4 minutes longer or until pineapple is lightly browned.
