Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • white frosting
  • chocolate mint wafers
  • coconut
  • food coloring (red, green and yellow)

Instructions

  1. Color frosting to make catsup (red) and mustard (yellow). Color coconut green for lettuce.
  2. Make hamburgers by layering wafer, red frosting, mint wafer, yellow
  3. frosting, green coconut and wafer.
  4. Makes approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
