Hamburger-Bean Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium can pork and beans
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 3 medium potatoes (cut in small squares)

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger and onions, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook until brown. Add potatoes, tomato sauce (rinse can with a little water).
  3. Cook until potatoes are soft.
  4. Add pork and beans (medium can).
  5. Simmer all together at least 15 minutes or until ready to eat.
