Hamburger Cabbage Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large can tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in large pan and pour off drippings.
  2. Add onion and tomatoes with juice.
  3. Simmer until onions are tender.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add cabbage and simmer until cabbage is tender but not overcooked.
  6. Serve this mixture over mashed potatoes.
