Hamburger-Mac Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. frozen Basic Ground Beef Mixture
  • 1 can vegetable soup
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth (bouillon)
  • 1 full c. uncooked macaroni

Instructions

  1. Mix together in 2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until macaroni is done. Toss together crumbs and butter or margarine; sprinkle atop casserole, if desired. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes more. Makes 4-6 servings. * This has been the most popular in our family.
  2. We often triple or quadruple the recipe for family gatherings or church potlucks.
