Hamburger Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into balls.
  2. Place in baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
