Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. rolled bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in order given and pack into buttered 8-inch ring mold.
  2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  3. Turn onto platter.
  4. Fill center with fluffy rice, peas or sauteed mushrooms.
  5. Yields 6 servings.
  6. Using recipe, pile meat mixture into greased muffin pans, rounding tops.
  7. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
  8. Yields 6 servings.
  9. When serving these individual meat loaves, use A.1. sauce to make the meat more tasty or any other sauce you wish.
