Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (32 oz.) bag Tater Tots

Instructions

  1. Spray casserole with Pam.
  2. Crumble hamburger in casserole dish.
  3. Add chopped onion and green pepper. Cover with the Cheddar cheese soup, then top with Tater Tots. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until Tots are brown and crispy.
  4. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan also.
