Instructions
- Sift flour; cut in shortening and add milk slowly, stirring until dough is soft and moist.
- Knead lightly.
- May be patted out 1/2 inch thick and cut with a cutter or pinch off balls of dough and roll in hand; flatten as you place in pan.
- Bake at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
