Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 8 ounces semisweet or other favorite chocolate

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil in a double boiler or medium heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water.
  2. Add chopped chocolate pieces and stir until melted.
  3. Cool a bit before spooning over ice cream or frozen yogurt or other favorite frozen treat.
