Ingredients

  • 3 medium Irish potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 medium squash, sliced thin
  • 1/3 small cabbage, cut up
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large frypan.
  2. Brown potatoes; add onions, then squash, cabbage, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until tender.
