Ingredients

  • orange wheel
  • lemon wheel
  • cranberries
  • port
  • bitters
  • pineapple
  • grand marnier

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon and orange wheels with 3 cranberries and the peeled pineapple.
  2. Add ice and the port, Grand Marnier and bitters and shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass; garnish with 3 cranberries and the unpeeled pineapple spear.
