Herb Pork Chops
Ingredients
Instructions
- Chop dry dressing to small to fine.
- Beat eggs in different bowl.
- Pour oil in baking tin, about 1/4 cup per pan.
- Dip chops in egg then crumbs on each side and place in pan.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until one side is brown.
- Turn and bake 20 minutes more or until brown on this side.
