Herb Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge herb stuffing
  • 7 to 8 pork chops (it can be more)
  • 2 eggs
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Chop dry dressing to small to fine.
  2. Beat eggs in different bowl.
  3. Pour oil in baking tin, about 1/4 cup per pan.
  4. Dip chops in egg then crumbs on each side and place in pan.
  5. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until one side is brown.
  6. Turn and bake 20 minutes more or until brown on this side.
