Herb'S Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onion

Instructions

  1. Brown tomato paste in oil.
  2. Cook it kind of slow, and stir while browning.
  3. Add a pinch of sugar to cut the whang.
  4. When paste is brown, add 2 quarts of water.
  5. Add the onion.
  6. Bring to a rolling boil, add spaghetti noodles, then turn down heat.
  7. Add garlic, salt, and creole to taste.
  8. Cook just until spaghetti is tender.
