- Stir the mixture daily for five days.
- After five days, feed the starter again with 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of warm water, and 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Continue stirring daily for another five days.
- Once the starter is bubbly and active, divide it and use for baking or store for future use.
