Instructions
- Beat egg whites and add sugar until stiff.
- Mix crackers, pecans and baking powder.
- Add to egg whites.
- Fold together. Pour into round cake pan that has been greased.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Top with Cool Whip.
