Ingredients

  • 20 Hi-Ho crackers, crush
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chipped pecans
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites and add sugar until stiff.
  2. Mix crackers, pecans and baking powder.
  3. Add to egg whites.
  4. Fold together. Pour into round cake pan that has been greased.
  5. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Top with Cool Whip.
