Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean bottom round, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 lb. link sausages
  • 4 potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 onion, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 apples, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes

Instructions

  1. Dredge meat in flour.
  2. Cut sausages in half.
