Ingredients

  • 16 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Tbsp. each: Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, minced green pepper, lemon juice and pimentos

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together
  2. and form into cone shape.
  3. Roll your cone in chopped parsley.
  4. Cut up a red pepper (color optional) into little squares.
  5. Put on cone in garland-fashion.
  6. Alternate garlend rows with peanuts.
  7. Peel a lemon; cut out two star shapes and put on top of tree back-to-back.
  8. Serve on platter surrounded by crackers and vegetables.
