Instructions
- Beat egg in saucepan.
- Stir in sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in milk; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Cook and stir 1 minute longer.
- Stir in butter and vanilla.
- Add fruit.
- Cool before serving.
- Serves 6.
