Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash medium or large potatoes.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. Drop potato wedges into salted cold water and soak for 1 hour.
  4. Drain the potatoes, but do not dry them.
  5. Place a few wedges into a Shake 'n Bake bag and shake to coat.
  6. Repeat the coating process until all potatoes are coated.
  7. Place coated potato wedges on a greased cookie sheet.
  8. Salt the potatoes and drizzle margarine over the top.
  9. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
