Homemade Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

  • 15 home cooked biscuits (leftovers)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. dark raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Soak biscuits in water until soft.
  2. Squeeze water out of biscuits with hand.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and mix.
  4. Pour in well-greased iron skillet or greased muffin cups.
  5. Bake in 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
