Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Using a 6-inch nonstick saute pan, heat scant teaspoon oil.
  2. Wipe with paper towel to coat pan evenly.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon batter over pan; tilt to cover surface and cook until dry, not brown.
  4. Do not turn; flip onto clean dish towel to cool.
  5. Do not stack.
  6. When finished making crepes, mix together the filling.
