- Combine all ingredients; let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Using a 6-inch nonstick saute pan, heat scant teaspoon oil.
- Wipe with paper towel to coat pan evenly.
- Spread 1 tablespoon batter over pan; tilt to cover surface and cook until dry, not brown.
- Do not turn; flip onto clean dish towel to cool.
- Do not stack.
- When finished making crepes, mix together the filling.
