  1. Stir together flour, eggs, and water.
  2. Roll out the dough as thin as you can on a floured surface, using plenty of flour.
  3. Roll up the dough and slice to your desired width. Gently toss to unroll the noodles.
  4. Drop the noodles into your favorite boiling broth and gently boil for about 8 minutes.
  5. To freeze, spread the noodles out on a floured cookie sheet.
  6. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer until the noodles are firm, then store them in freezer bags.
