Homemade Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 c. self-rising flour, sifted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat butter until creamy.
  2. Add 1 cup sugar and beat well.
  3. Add the other cup of sugar and beat well.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.
  5. Add vanilla and stir.
  6. Mix in 1 cup flour and part of the milk.
  7. Add flour and milk alternately until milk is gone, then use juice.
  8. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
