Ingredients

  • 4 lb. cooking apples
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Wash apples without peeling or coring; cut them into quarters.
  2. Place the apples in a large saucepan; add water, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain apples through a colander; add honey.
  4. Stir to blend.
