Honey-Brandy Oranges

Ingredients

  • 5 oranges
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Remove peel and white pith from oranges.
  2. Cut oranges between membranes and release segments into bowl.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients in small saucepan over medium-low heat just until syrup is bubbling at edges, about 6 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture over orange segments.
  5. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
  6. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
  7. Keep refrigerated.)
