Honeydew Melon Pops

Instructions
- 1) Combine: 2 cups of melon w/yogurt, lime juice, and zest in food processor/blender until smooth.
- 2) Microwave honey for 30 seconds until thinned.
- 3) Add honey to melon mixture, process again to combine.
- 4) Stir in remaining 2 cups of melon.
- 5) Fill pop molds w/mixture, insert sticks, freeze for 6 hours.
- 6) Remove from freezer, let stand for 5 minutes to remove mold.
