Instructions
- Saute beef and garlic until evenly browned.
- Add vegetables and heat until snow peas are cooked but still a bit crisp (5 minutes or so). Drain stock off mixture. Add water to make 1 cup. Stir in cornstarch.
- Pour over meat and veggies. Heat until starch is gelled, ala chow mein.
