- Cover any combination of meat with just enough water to cover and simmer 3 hours or until tender.
- Shred immediately and reserve broth.
- Add to shredded meat catsup, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish and paprika.
- Add reserved broth until desired consistency is reached.
- This freezes well.
