Horseradish Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked boiled eggs, cut lengthwise
  • 1/4 c. Blue Plate mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • dill weed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove yolks from eggs; lengthwise cut eggs. Set whites aside. In a bowl, mash the yolks until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and mix well. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate before serving. Makes 1 dozen.
