Instructions
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 1 minute.
- Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Add unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add sour cream, horseradish and mayonnaise, stirring until blended.
- Pour mixture into lightly oiled 4-cup mold.
- Cover and chill until firm.
- Unmold on purple kale.
- Spread with beef on ham biscuits.
