Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water.
  3. Add unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add sour cream, horseradish and mayonnaise, stirring until blended.
  4. Pour mixture into lightly oiled 4-cup mold.
  5. Cover and chill until firm.
  6. Unmold on purple kale.
  7. Spread with beef on ham biscuits.
