Hot Apricots

Ingredients

  • 3 cans apricots
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers (about 30)
  • 10 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter or oleo

Instructions

  1. Drain apricots and place in baking dish, turned up.
  2. Sprinkle a mixture of crushed Ritz crackers and brown sugar.
  3. Melt oleo and pour over apricots.
  4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
