Instructions
- Combine eggnog and milk; slowly beat in sweet vermouth.
- Stir in salt and coriander; heat gently to just below boiling.
- Pour into preheated cups or mugs and top each with 1/2 teaspoon soft butter.
- Makes about 16 servings.
