Ingredients

  • 1 qt. commercial eggnog
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. California Sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • soft butter

Instructions

  1. Combine eggnog and milk; slowly beat in sweet vermouth.
  2. Stir in salt and coriander; heat gently to just below boiling.
  3. Pour into preheated cups or mugs and top each with 1/2 teaspoon soft butter.
  4. Makes about 16 servings.
