Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 hot pepper
  • sprinkle of paprika, chili powder and garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Cut potatoes into small cubes, skins included.
  3. Chop onion and hot pepper.
  4. Mix all together and put in skillet.
  5. While cooking, sprinkle on paprika and chili powder. Also sprinkle on garlic powder according to your taste.
