- Melt butter in skillet.
- Cut potatoes into small cubes, skins included.
- Chop onion and hot pepper.
- Mix all together and put in skillet.
- While cooking, sprinkle on paprika and chili powder. Also sprinkle on garlic powder according to your taste.
