Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. unsulphured molasses
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. dark rum
  • freshly grated nutmeg for garnishing
  • 2 pt. lemon Italian ice
  • 3/4 c. brandy
  • 2 bottles champagne

Instructions

  1. Mix together ice and brandy in a large pitcher or bowl.
  2. Add champagne to the mixture.
  3. Serve immediately in glasses, garnished with freshly grated nutmeg.
