A flavorful homemade pizza topped with garlic, Fontina cheese, bacon, green pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, corn, and black olives, perfect for casual gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Boboli pizza crust
  • 1/4 tsp chopped garlic in oil
  • 1 cup grated Fontina cheese
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Chopped green pepper
  • Chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • Frozen corn kernels
  • Chopped black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread chopped garlic in oil on the pizza crust.
  3. Top with grated Fontina cheese and crumbled bacon.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped green pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, frozen corn kernels, and chopped black olives as desired.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
