Hot Pickled Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. dried pimiento
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water about 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. While cauliflower cooks, combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
  3. Pour over cooked cauliflower.
