Ingredients

  • 3 lb. hot sausage
  • 3 onions
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 cans tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cover sausage with water.
  2. Simmer 2 hours.
  3. Cut up onions and peppers in large pieces and saute in oil until soft.
  4. Add tomato sauce and 2 cans water from sausage and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Add sausage to sauce and simmer 1 hour.
