- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into diamond shapes of desired size.
- Make a slit in the middle of each diamond and pull one end through the slit to form a twisted shape.
- Fry the twisted dough pieces with the pulled side up in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
