Ice Cream Oranges

Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges
  • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Cut oranges in half.
  2. Scoop out the insides with a spoon. Discard stringy bits and seeds; save juice and pulp.
  3. Melt 4 large scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Mix pulp and juice together with the melted ice cream.
  5. Pour back into orange halves.
  6. Freeze 2 to 3 hours.
