Inca-Rita
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Pisco ⓘ
- 1 ounce Grand Marnier
- .5 ounces Creme de Cassis (blackberry liqueur)
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Measure the pisco, Grand Marnier and blackberry liqueur into the shaker.
- Add the Chartreuse as you would a bitters - a few big drops is really all you need.
- Cut the lime into quarters. Squeeze one quarter into the mixer. Cut a slit in the other.
- Shake for 15 seconds and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.
- Variations: Instead of blackberry liqueur, you could use some other fruit spirit like Poire Williams.
