Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Pisco
  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier
  • .5 ounces Creme de Cassis (blackberry liqueur)

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Measure the pisco, Grand Marnier and blackberry liqueur into the shaker.
  3. Add the Chartreuse as you would a bitters - a few big drops is really all you need.
  4. Cut the lime into quarters. Squeeze one quarter into the mixer. Cut a slit in the other.
  5. Shake for 15 seconds and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.
  6. Variations: Instead of blackberry liqueur, you could use some other fruit spirit like Poire Williams.
