Ingredients

  • 1 slice Weight Watchers white bread
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1/3 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Place green pepper and chili powder into microwaveable safe bowl.
  2. Place 1/2 cup egg creations into bowl.
  3. Toast the bread and cut into cubes and place on egg mixture.
  4. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until egg is set.
