Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein
  • 1 tablespoon powdered egg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 8 ounces milk or 8 ounces water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. To mix in bulk, multiply recipe by desired serving minus liquid.
  3. Add 2/3 cup of the mix to 8 oz milk or water.
