Ingredients

  • 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 c. raisins or chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine crumbs, dates or raisins.
  2. Add milk mixed with lemon juice.
  3. Knead well.
  4. Shape into a 3-inch roll.
  5. Wrap in wax paper; store in refrigerator for 12 hours.
  6. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
