Ingredients

  • 10 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 6 cups strawberries
  • 3 packages strawberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Cover chopped rhubarb with sugar and let it stand overnight.
  2. Add strawberries to the rhubarb mixture.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add strawberry gelatin to the hot mixture and stir until dissolved.
