"Intermezzo" Jello Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 regular can whole cranberries
  • 1 regular can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Make Jell-O using 1/2 the required water.
  2. Mix all ingredients except sour cream into Jell-O.
  3. Pour 1/3 of mixture into bowl used for serving.
  4. Refrigerate until it hardens (leave the remaining Jell-O mixture on counter).
  5. When refrigerated, mixture hardens. Spread sour cream over Jell-O.
  6. Top with the remaining 2/3 Jell-O mixture.
  7. Chill until hardened.
